Royal Signals Association (RSA) 81st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (agm)

14th MARCH 2026

1.            The 81st AGM of the RSA will be held in the Victory Services Club, London on Saturday 14th March 2026.  The dress code is smart attire.   

2.            Timings are as follows:

    1. 0930hrs – 1000hrs   - Assemble/Coffee
    2. 1000hrs – 1300hrs   - AGM
    3. 1300hrs                    - Dispersed

3.       There are no restrictions on the number of branch members who may attend however, each Branch can claim T&S for one person only.  Expenses claim form is enclosed.  Expenses should be claimed promptly following the meeting and must include all   receipts.  Failure to include receipts may delay or invalidate the claim.  All expense forms should be submitted to the undersigned. 

4.       Booking should be made via the Members Area of the Website Royal Signals > Events NLT 24th February 2026.  The official Branch representative must choose the “Official Branch Representative” option at the time of booking. 

5.       Anyone wishing to attend the meeting remotely must choose the “Virtual” attendance option at time of booking to receive connectivity login procedure.

6.       The Chair’s curry supper will take place in the Victory Services Club on the evening of 13th March at 1900hrs and can be attended by a maximum of two branch representatives.  Please choose the “Curry Supper Branch Representatives” option at time of   booking.  The dress code is relaxed attire (no jeans).

7.       Those outside of the Central Committee who are attending are requested to forward matters for discussion/approval to the undersigned by NLT 1st February 2026.  

8.       The agenda will be circulated in February 2026.
