PAX Personal Accident Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022 - now extended.
PAX PA is available to Service Personnel and covers personal accidents at comparable premiums to civilians. The survey is open to all PAX and RPAX PA policy holders past and present. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, and your responses will be completely confidential. The survey will now close on 29th April 2022.
