I know I speak on behalf of all members and associate members of the 19 Signal Regt association of the sadness and disbelief when we heard of the tragic news of the death of one of our best known and well loved members..Goldie Peters.
Goldie served in Operations Troop based at RAF Seletar in Singapore during the Borneo crisis in 1967 to 1970.
He was a truly great friend and comrade. He attended a number of our reunions with his wife Debbie until they emigrated to Perth in Australia roughtly six years ago. However he has maintained contact through facebook with many of his association friends. News of his death has saddened all who knew him. Our thoughts are with Debbie at this time and RIP Goldie
