Royal Signals Association (RSA) ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (agm) 12th MARCH 2022 |
1. The 77th AGM of the RSA will be held in the Victory Services Club, London at 1000hrs on Saturday 12th March 2022, the dress code is suits / blazers with Corps tie and lady equivalent.
2. Each Branch can claim T&S for one person and an expenses claim is enclosed. Expenses should be claimed promptly following the meeting and include all receipts. Failure to include receipts may delay or invalidate the claim. All expenses forms should be submitted to the undersigned. Details on how to book onto the AGM/Curry Supper will be confirmed shortly.
3. Anyone wishing to attend the meeting remotely are to make this point clear when booking on, to receive connectivity login procedure.
4. The Chairman’s curry supper will take place in the Victory Services Club on the evening of 11th March at 1930hrs, the dress code is relaxed attire (no jeans) and there will be a finger buffet at the conclusion of the AGM.
5. Those outside of the Central Committee who wish to attend are requested to forward matters for discussion/approval to the undersigned by NLT 1 February 2022.
6. The agenda will be circulated in February 2022.
