Communications, IT and technology sit at the heart of everything the Royal Signals do. Recently, soldiers from 22 Signal Regiment put those skills to the test during a five-week attachment at the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC) Headquarters.
Working in a live IT and communications support environment, the team gained hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer support and problem-solving. Their work wasn’t just training: they contributed directly to real operational tasks, building practical skills and confidence along the way.
If you’ve left the Corps and wondered what you might be missing, there has never been a better time to come back. Rejoining the Royal Signals is easier than ever, and exercises and attachments like this are part of what’s on offer.
