the Bulletin reunion details

I trust that by now , details of the 2022 reunion dinner has been circulated in "The Bulletin" to all our members and friends.

We have agreed a menu for the Saturday evening meal with the hotel and you are asked to make your choice.

The menu is

Starter

Farmhouse chicken liver pate with caramelized red onion chutney and toasted

rye bread

Roasted cherry tomato and red onion tartlet with balsamic glaze and baby leaf

salad

Carrot and Coriander soup with parsnip crisps (VE)

Main Course

Grilled seabass fillet with citrus mash, green bean Bundle, Roast Mediterranean vegetables, and herb oil

Roasted breast of thicken, Roasted potatoes, green bean bundle, steamed carrots and wild mushroom sauce

Grilled vegetable tower with Moroccan style couscous and spiced tomato

sauce (VE)

Dessert

Glazed lemon tart and meringue pieces with raspberry coults

Baked vanilla cheesecake with strawberry compote

Fresh fruit platter with Raspberry sorbet (VE)

"The Bulletin" not only gives details of the menu but includes a complete booking form requesting you to choose which dates you wish to attend, your room choice,whether or not you wish to visit Bletchley Park on the Saturday afternoon and if you would like to take part in a conducted tour..

You are asked to forward your choices and details to Myself (John Hill) or my other organiser, my daughter Pam Craven.

We cannot hope to emulate the numbers who joined us last year, but up to fifty members , friends and guests are expected.
