In memory of Maj Gen David McDowall CBE.
As a distinguished and dedicated leader, David McDowall served the Royal Corps of Signals and the wider Defence industry for over 50 years. His leadership, commitment and dedication served as an example to us all. On Friday 20th June 2025 at Blandford Camp, the home of the Royal Corps of Signals, we will gather to remember him and to celebrate his life. All ranks, serving and retired, are welcome.
- Date - Friday 20th June 2025
- Arrival from 1015hrs
- Memorial Service commences at 1100hrs on Hawke Square
- Refreshments following the Service will be held in the Officers’ Mess (circa 1200hrs).
- Dispersal at 1400hrs.
- Dress code – suits or working dress
- Medals - optional
- Photographic identification required to enter camp
