ROYAL SIGNALS OFFICERS SOCIAL AND DEVELOPMENT EVENT 2023
THE CORPS OFFICERS 3Rs DINNER NIGHT – THURSDAY 11th MAY 2023
1. The Corps Officers 3Rs Dinner Night will be held in the Stafford Station, Officers Mess, on Thursday 11 May 2023 at 1900hrs for 1930hrs.
2. Attendance. All Royal Signals Officers, Regular, Reserve and Retired. This event will take place annually on the second Thursday evening in May after the Officer Development Day. The dinner gives the Master of Signals the opportunity to gather with the 3R’s officer cohort, publicly recognising individual achievements and updating the cohort on Corps and Army level issues.
3. Cost. The cost of the dinner will be £40 for those serving officers paying into the One Day’s Pay Scheme and retired officers paying into the officers social and development fund (formally the Officers Dinner Club fund). For those serving and retired officers who do not, the cost will be £80.
4. Dress. Black tie, dresses with shoulders and calves covered.
5. Capacity. The Stafford Mess can legally hold 250 at a sit-down event.
6. Booking. Those wishing to attend must do so via the following LINK. Payments will be at the point of booking and can be made via BACS transfer or by PayPal.

When booking, your reference should be "3RsD – 11 May 23", backed up by an email from you confirming names and other details. In most cases the originating account name will appear on our bank account, so repeating the full name is unnecessary; obvious exceptions being multiple payments and payments from military units, businesses and joint accounts. The BACS system has a maximum of 16 (limited) characters, so meaningful brevity is desirable.
Payments made without the correct reference, or indeed no reference, risk being treated as general donations to the Charity, and may not be recognised.
7. Accommodation can be sourced locally but there is no accommodation available in Stafford Station for the retired members of the Corps. Once you have booked into your accommodation, please inform the undersigned and every effort will be made to transport you to and from the dinner venue.
