WCIT have been running a career coaching scheme for Royal Signals personnel annually for 17 years. The WCIT mentors are volunteers with extensive commercial and industrial experience in the IT sector. They are prepared to offer guidance for future careers which is well focussed on the needs of Royal Signals personnel. The day will consist of briefings and an opportunity to work with a career mentor.
