Why rejoin now?
- Your experience matters—bring it back and build on it.
- Each case is treated individually. Depending on where and when you left, there will be different options for rejoining. With significant developments in training over the last 5 years, you may need some trade specific training to fit back in.
- If you are under 40 and been trained under Programme CADUCEUS prior to leaving, you could be eligible for the fast track scheme. If not, there are still options to get back in and gain from it. We are looking principally for communicators, but all trades are still pertinent to the overall effort.
- There is no specific fitness standard for rejoining, but candidates must be able to meet the in-service standards for the trade they are going for.
- Haven’t been out long? You might pick up almost exactly where you left off.
- Is civilian life not what you expected? Rejoining could be the reset you need.
