The State Opening of Parliament, what an occasion!
Last week, soldiers from 251 Signal Squadron were right at the centre of the day. They may not have worn the bearskins or red jackets, but they provided something just as important, from fitting and operating the discreet radios, to running the ops room and supporting the street lining teams, our soldiers helped keep such a major national event running smoothly.
There really is nothing our soldiers can’t do, and occasions like this emphasise the quiet confidence, professionalism, and ability we have across the Corps.
