Last weekend, nine new Reserve officers commissioned into the Royal Signals, marking the end of an intensive and demanding journey through the Reserve Commissioning Course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS).
The course covers all aspects of military competence and leadership, testing candidates across a broad range of skills before they're ready to take on the responsibility of leading soldiers. These newly commissioned officers will now go on to lead troops in Reserve units right across the UK.
A special congratulations goes to 2Lt Entwistle, who was awarded the MacRobert Reserve Professionally Qualified Officer Sword, presented to the officer judged by the directing staff to be the most outstanding on the course.
Congratulations to all who commissioned. We wish you every success as you begin your careers in the Royal Signals Reserve.
