Its National Apprenticeship Week

Last year, the British Army was voted the country's leading provider of apprenticeship schemes and this National Apprenticeship Week, the Royal Signals remains a key part of that service with 5 different apprentice schemes on offer:

  • Level 4 Network Engineer
  • Level 3 Network Cable Installer
  • Level 3 Data Technician
  • Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician
  • Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative

Over 300 apprentices are currently under training at the Royal Signals Headquarters at Blandford Camp, Dorset.  Their courses vary in length from 24 - 30 months and are all IfAT&E, Department of Education and OFQUAL registered, giving them transferable civilian qualifications that will be relevant throughout their lives.
