After all the months of training Lanyard Trophy is today!

The Lanyard Trophy is a Royal Corps of Signals event requiring physical fitness, positive mental attitude and the determination to finish. Teams compete to cover 40 miles in the fastest time whilst carrying a bergan with 40lbs of equipment for the males and 20lbs of equipment for the females.

The challenge begins in the early hours with checkpoints dotted across Dartmoor and you can follow the teams on the tracking system here.
