Exercise Swan Communicator hosted by 30 Signal Regiment, organised by Defence Digital SatCom and Team Aurora was an event that saw various commercial satellite communication providers showcase current and emerging Beyond Line of Sight technology available to the British Army.
The event enabled the MOD and the commercial civilian defence sector to better understand how they can both benefit from working together, particularly through their partnership with satellite communications. The event encompassed live demonstrations of the capabilities of the new technology, opportunities to understand future collaboration with industry and assist in fostering a culture of innovation within the Soldiers in attendance.
