On 16 October, the streets of York came alive as 2 Signal Regiment proudly marched through the city to celebrate their Freedom of York.
From Imphal Barracks to the heart of York with bayonets fixed, drums beating, and colours flying 2 Signal Regiment marched through the City in front of the Lord Lieutenant and the Mayor of York, a proud Royal Signals veteran.
This parade honours the regiment’s service, community support, and historic ties to York. A proud moment for all who watched!
