The Birtwistle Pennants for Recruiting are awarded to a Unit and an individual who has made the greatest contribution to a unit recruiting team
There are three awards:Regular units

- Best unit Internet presence for recruiting purposes.

- Best Reserve Unit – 37 Signal Regiment
- Best unit internet/social media presence – 11 Signal Regiment
- Best Regular Recruiter – Cpl Molynuex – 10 Signal Regiment
- Best Reserve Recruiter – WO2 Chapman – 39 Signal Regiment
