48 Hours, Around the Clock - No Matter What

This Tuesday, 28 April, Royal Signals personnel will take on one of the most demanding endurance challenges in existence - the 4x4x48 Challenge.

The rules are simple, but brutal: run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours straight. That's 12 segments and 48 miles in total, with no meaningful rest in between. Every run must be completed regardless of fatigue, weather, or the hour of the night.

For R SIGNALS personnel, the values being tested here, discipline, mental resilience, determination, and the ability to perform under sustained pressure are central to everything we do. This challenge doesn't just reflect those values; it puts them to the ultimate test.

But this isn't just about pushing personal limits. Every mile is being run in support of the Royal Signals Charity, raising vital funds for our serving personnel, veterans, and their families.
