20 miles a day for 20 days for the Royal Signals Charity

Troop Staff Sergeant Danny Attwood, currently serving at 11 Signal Regiment, is embarking on an inspiring and challenging fundraising journey to support the Royal Signals Charity. With 20 years of service in the Royal Corps of Signals, Danny has decided to mark this significant milestone by running 20 miles a day for 20 days, from March 14th to April 2nd, 2025.

After serving for two decades, Danny is deeply connected to the work of the Royal Signals Charity. He recognises the critical role it plays in the lives of fellow serving members, veterans, and their families. In his own words: "I wanted to give something back to the Corps that has given me so much over the past 20 years. Running is a personal passion of mine, and after completing Trailwalker last year for the Gurkha Welfare Trust, I wanted to push myself even further."

Danny is running not just for personal achievement, but to make a tangible difference. This 20-day running challenge is the perfect way for him to contribute and help raise funds for a cause that means so much to him.

"Thank you to everyone who can help support my cause. This fundraiser is close to my heart, and it means a lot to me to be able to give back to the Corps that has shaped my life. I appreciate your generosity, whether it’s through donations, spreading the word, or simply cheering me on during my runs. Together, we can make a real difference."

Donate today, and let’s make this milestone celebration a success for the entire Royal Corps of Signals Family.
